The middle and high school classes are on the search for new interactive materials. In the meantime, over the summer they are plotting areas of interest for each student including certain old testament stories, books like Revelation, etc.
Christian Women’s Fellowship (CWF)
Christian Women’s Fellowship meets at 6:00 p.m. on the third Wednesday night of every month for fellowship and a short devotional program. We take on service projects and help with church fellowship meals and ministries inside and outside the church.
Christian Men’s Fellowship (CMF)
Christian Men’s Fellowship meets at 8:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall on the second Sunday of every other month (2022 meetings- February, April, June, August, October, December) for breakfast and a short program. CMF cooks for our annual Easter Sunrise Breakfast, helps with church fellowship meals and ministries, and takes on service projects outside the church.
Children’s Ministries
Beyond Sunday morning, we host regular fun and fellowship activities for children. Throughout the year, we meet at the church for games, art projects, and theme nights; and we host family outings or go places together. We also believe that an important part of Christian growth for children is training in service and missions. Our children participate in regular mission projects through Vacation Bible School, Sunday School, and other special events. Watch the calendar for our next big event!
WorshipCare
If you need WorshipCare during our Worship services please let the greeter know when you arrive so we can make sure it is provided for you. We usually have WorshipCare for children aged birth through to three years old. This begins following the Children’s Chat.
Community Ministry
In addition to the ministry we do from inside our own congregation, FCC is a supporter of Christian Ministry in Lincoln County. We work with and give to this ecumenical ministry in our community.
Ecumenical Worship
FCC is committed to unity in the Christian community. We join with area congregations for combined worship on Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, and Good Friday. We host an annual ecumenical prayer breakfast to strengthen community ties and to pray for the needs of our community and the world. We come together with other congregations for Thanksgiving services and we welcome everyone to the Lord’s Table weekly.
